Independent Bid Review
An outside read on your bid before it goes in. We score it the way the evaluator will, using our own proprietary framework, and tell you exactly what to fix while there's still time.
WHAT IT IS
Independent Bid Review is an external evaluation of your proposal before final submission. We evaluate your bid the way the people scoring it will: independent, external, with no stake in the internal debates that shaped it.
Most RFP rubrics are too high-level to support a real review. So we built our own. We score every section of your bid against the things that win or lose points: whether it's compliant, whether it's easy to read, whether it speaks to the customer, and whether it makes a clear case for value. Then we score it again from the evaluator's seat, looking at content, structure, alignment, persuasiveness, and whether the whole submission holds together as one coherent story.
Every section gets a score. Every comment gets a severity, high, medium, or low, and a specific recommendation. You get a clear picture of where the bid stands and where the points are.

Know exactly what to fix first. A prioritized findings report: the major gaps and the changes that will move your score the most, ranked by severity so your team spends the remaining time where it counts.
Fixes you can act on, with exact locations. Your bid marked up section by section, with a specific recommendation tied to each passage. Where a section needs more than a comment, we rewrite it. Your team picks up the document and gets to work.
A team that understands the priorities. We walk your team of experts through the findings and join your review sessions, so the recommendations get acted on rather than filed. The review changes the bid, which is the only point of doing one.
HOW IT WORKS
You can bring us in at two points.
Early, while the bid is still taking shape. We review the draft before it's locked, so there's more time to act on what we find. This is the moment that pays off most. Sections built in parallel haven't been knit together yet, and that's exactly when an outside read helps.
Late, just before submission. A final independent review to confirm the bid is as strong as it can be before submission.
Either way, the work runs the same. We score the full bid against the requirements and the evaluation criteria, apply our proprietary evaluation framework section by section, and hand back findings you can act on.

It's built for the large, complex pursuits: the multi-year, multi-domain bids, often under design-build, progressive design-build, alliance, or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) models, where a single weak section or one buried contradiction can jeopardize the win.
